CommissioningCommissioning is performed after completion of construction and installation and transfer of the facilities for commissioning. Commissioning includes start-up and testing of all purification and auxiliary equipment installed (including stand-by facilities), and adjustment of technology and operations. After commissioning is completed, operational personnel should be trained and operational manuals provided. Commissioning costs should be agreed between the customer and contractor.
