Warranty and post-warranty services
During the warranty period, RDC should provide services and trouble-shooting in the case of strict observation of instructions and manuals by the customer’s personnel conformity of the iRDCial data to actual circumstances.
RDC is not liable for the lack of efficiency of water treatment equipment if RDC specialists did not participate in installation and commissioning. After the warranty period, the client may sign an agreement for periodical maintenance of purification facilities.
